Let’s Go is a piece that captures the lightness of movement and the decisiveness of a moment. The soft, misty background – with hues of sand, rust, and sunset – creates a vast space into which the burned aluminum figures drift, as if lifted by the wind. These forms are not still; they float, glide, and detach – perhaps from the past – heading toward the unknown.

There is both human and bird-like essence in these figures, as if they embody a larger transformation, a shift into something new. They are not simply leaving; they are going – boldly, without hesitation. The burned aluminum gives the forms a raw, fragile texture, reminding us that every departure carries traces of the life left behind.

Let’s Go invites the viewer to reflect on their own moments of uncertain direction, where movement was necessary despite the unknown. It is a work about life’s transitions, letting go, and the courage to face what lies ahead. The layered nature of the piece – organic background and metallic figures – adds depth and symbolism that resonates through personal interpretation.

Mennään! on teos, joka välittää liikkeen keveyttä ja hetken päätöksellisyyttä. Taustan pehmeä, utuinen värimaailma – hiekan, ruosteen ja auringonlaskun sävyt – luo avaran tilan, johon alumiinista poltetut hahmot asettuvat kuin tuulen nostattamina. Ne eivät ole staattisia, vaan ne leijuvat, liukuvat, irrottautuvat jostain – ehkä menneestä – ja suuntaavat kohti tuntematonta.

Näissä hahmoissa on sekä ihmisen että linnun olemusta, kuin ne olisivat osa suurempaa muutosta, siirtymistä uuteen vaiheeseen. Ne eivät pelkästään lähde, ne menevät – rohkeasti ja epäröimättä. Poltettu alumiini tuo hahmoihin rouheutta ja haurautta, muistuttaen, että jokainen lähtö kantaa mukanaan myös jälkiä eletystä elämästä.

Mennään! kutsuu katsojan pohtimaan omia hetkiään, jolloin suunta on ollut epävarma, mutta liike silti tarpeellista. Se on teos elämän siirtymistä, irti päästämisestä ja rohkeudesta kohdata uusi. Teoksen monikerroksisuus – orgaaninen tausta ja metalliset hahmot – luo syvyyttä ja symboliikkaa, joka elää katsojan omien kokemusten kautta.
