Viisauden alku on matka syvälle intuition, luonnon ja tiedostamattoman rajapintaan. Teos rakentuu monikerroksisista, orgaanisesti elävistä pinnoista, joissa vihreän ja maanläheisten sävyjen lomassa pilkahtelee vaaleanpunaista, valkoista ja syvempiä, varjoisampia sävyjä. Viivat, kuin muistojen jäljet, hahmottavat hahmoja ja symboleita – ne eivät ole täysin näkyviä, mutta ne tuntuvat.

Tämä on tila, jossa alku ja ymmärrys syntyvät, mutta eivät vielä täysin hahmotu. Viisaus ei ilmesty yhtäkkiä täydellisenä, vaan se kasvaa hiljalleen, versoo ja kurottaa kohti valoa. Sen juuret ovat menneessä, mutta sen katse on tulevaisuudessa.
